How do I register for the conference?

Once you have received your invitation, registration is available online through the conference website.

What does my registration include?

Full conference registration includes access to all scientific sessions, workshops, evening events, poster sessions, refreshment breaks, meals, hotel accommodations April 19-24, 2026, and conference materials. Note: Additional nights will be at the attendees' expense.

Do I need to book my own hotel room?

No. Hotel accommodations will be coordinated and booked by the conference team.

What if I require special accommodations/arrangements?

Submit requests to recovery@teamprecision.com, including sleeping room requirements.

What if I want to Arrive Early or Stay Longer?

Early arrivals (prior to April 19) or extended stays (after April 24) are eligible for the conference hotel rate 3 days prior to the conference and 3 days after. Additional nights will be at the attendee's expense. The conference team will reserve rooms on your behalf.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations submitted in writing by March 27, 2026, will receive a refund minus a processing fee of 10%. No refunds will be issued after March 27, 2026 except if we can identify someone else who can take your registration. This substitution will need to be approved by the conference chairs.

Where can I find the conference schedule and program?

The preliminary schedule and program will be posted on the website. The final conference program will be made available in Puerto Rico.

Will sessions be recorded or available on demand?

Sessions will not be recorded or available for on-demand viewing. No recordings of any kind are permitted.

When will I be notified if my poster is accepted?

Notification emails will be sent once the review process is complete. You will receive an email notifying you whether your poster was accepted or not.

How do I become a sponsor?

Sponsorship information is available from the homepage under Sponsorship Opportunities. For further information, contact our sponsorship team at recovery@teamprecision.com.

Which airport should I use for my trip?

The nearest major airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Will transportation be provided to conference activities?

Yes. Transportation will be provided for all scheduled off-site conference events listed in the program.

Do I need a visa to attend?

Attendees are responsible for determining their own visa requirements. If you need a formal invitation letter to support your application, we are happy to provide one upon request.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

The conference will officially begin with the first session on Sunday, April 19 in the late afternoon. The program will conclude at breakfast on Friday, April 24.

For travel planning purposes, we recommend arriving by mid-afternoon on Sunday and scheduling departures for any time on Friday after breakfast.

Are there optional activities during the conference?

Yes. The conference offers optional activities that may require advance registration and may have limited capacity. These activities require a separate sign-up and additional fees. Details will be found on the Activities page and within the conference program once finalized.

Is there a dress code for activities?

Some activities may involve outdoor environments or special requirements. Please refer to the activity descriptions for recommended or required attire.

Can I bring a guest to the Conference?

Yes. Adult non-participating guests may join certain conference activities by purchasing the non-waivable guest fee of US $2,000, which includes access to all conference meals.

Children are welcome in the hotel's public areas; however, they are not permitted in scientific sessions, workshops, or poster areas.

Children are welcome to attend the closing night Pirate Party. The ticket price is $85 for ages 14 and under and $150 for ages 15 and over.

Can my Guest Participate in Social Activities?

Guests may participate in optional social activities (on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday). These activities require separate sign-up and additional fees.

Minors are welcome to attend the closing night Pirate Party. The ticket price is $85 for ages 14 and under and $150 for ages 15 and over.

Does the hotel charge a fee for guests?

• Standard rooms include one king-sized bed
• One (1) additional adult may stay in your hotel room at no additional charge
• Children age 16 and under may stay at no charge when sharing a room with their parents and using existing hotel bedding
• Maximum room occupancy is four (4) guests
• An additional nightly fee of $40 applies for a third adult and $40 for a fourth adult (ages 17 and older)

Can guests attend scientific sessions?

No. Scientific sessions, workshops, and poster presentations are reserved for registered conference participants only.

Can I bring children to the conference?

Yes. Children are welcome in the hotel's public areas; however, they are not permitted in scientific sessions, workshops, or poster areas.

Is childcare provided?

No. There is no kids club onsite. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own childcare during the conference.

What is the dress code?

Business casual is recommended for all sessions and events. If you are participating in a networking activity, please refer to the activity descriptions for any recommended or required attire specific to that experience. The temperature in the conference sessions may require dressing in layers for comfort.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in conference spaces.
