Since the RVII Conference in 1994, the Recovery of Biological Products Conference Series has been co-sponsored by the Biochemical Technology Division (BIOT) of the American Chemical Society (ACS). BIOT provides a representative to the Recovery Conference Board and helps the conference series in financial oversight and support.
ACS is a congressionally chartered independent membership organization which represents professionals at all degree levels and in all fields of chemistry and sciences that involve chemistry.
BIOT promotes the exchange of information among academic and industrial researchers in biochemical technology.
